- WILL PURCHASE THE HOME IN CASH, AND LEASE IT BACK TO YOU.
- You pay a deposit of two months rent, which is fully refundable (minus damages beyond normal wear and tear).
3. BUY THE HOME
You can buy the home from Home Partners at any time during your residency for a pre-determined price.
